Floating Parley Street

We just got back from Nauvoo, it was great weather. The sun was out the flood was receding and bugs galore. I have to get up early and this week is move week, so sorry to my avid readers this post is just pics and sorry I haven't updated since Mom and Dad were here.

These come from the old site of Sunset by the Mississippi

These are at the End of Parley Street

(This shirt really makes her look prego) There is a better prego shot later for you girls. These next pictures are of the Community of Christ sites, the first is Red Brick Store, the car is the same car-I tried to get perspective-

These are from the Smith family graves-this fence is at the corner by Lucy Mack and Joseph Sr. it was almost completely underwater. You can also see how Edon is showing.

The Smith Family Home, the missionaries were all sore from sand-bagging

If you look close you can see that the pumps were pumping water out. It was a fun trip, I had to DJ the dance and I think it went well, I was asked to DJ a birthday party afterwards. I guess I can DJ if this medical thing doesn't work.

DJ Derek in the HOUSE!! I am so sad about Nauvoo. I can't believe how much is flooded. That is sure putting the missionaries to work I bet. Edon, you look so cute with a little belly. Glad you guys updated. Good luck with the move.

It looks like a serious case of global climate change at Navoo. Hopefully you are using Ethanol.

It looks like you had a fun trip. Edon is so cute in her prego shirts. I can't wait to find out if you'll have a Derek Jr or a mini Edon.

Oh my gosh! You never mentioned that Edon was expecting Derek! That's awesome. Congratulations. If it's a boy, be sure to name him after me. Hee, hee.

So now you won't be the only one of your Spokane friends out of the parenting mix anymore. Let me know the due date.
